IMPORTANCE OF WEARING SECOND AND THIRD SACRED THREAD
During Upanayanam one sacred thread will be given to the Brahmachari - unmarried person. At the time of marriage Brahmachari will go to grahassthastrama. He will have to wear panchakacham for the first time during kasi yatra function
A second sacred thread will be given to the karta at the time of marriage
The third sacred thread can be given to the kartha at the time of marriage on after delivering a child
